Exercise your Freedom on the 4th of July!

Run or walk around Arbor Lake in Maple Grove, MN on USATF certified 4 mile course with family & friends then return to Complimentary Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant for Irish Breakfast & Beer (a $15 value included with race registration!) & Irish Hospitality!

Start/Finish near the Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant, in Maple Grove, MN, Wednesday July 4; 8 AM start. 300 limited entries - Pre-register early!

Complete 5k results by USATF divisions. Participants will be welcome to post-race complimentary Irish Breakfast, beer, hot and cold light beverages, Irish music, and more Irish hospitality.

Cheerful, welcoming volunteers, Motivation Music, announcer, colorful commemorative shirt, fabulous online post-event photographic slideshow, free & convenient parking, indoor restrooms.

Full Entry registration includes a T-Shirt (with options to upgrade the size) and a complimentary Irish Breakfast. If you choose to opt out of receiving a T-Shirt and/ or the Irish Breakfast please select one of those registration options for a discounted price.
