NoToDogMeat (NTDM) is the official campaign body of the United Kingdom-registered charity, World Protection for Dogs and Cats in the Meat Trade. NTDM originated in the UK in 2009 when British lawyer and animal advocate, Julia de Cadenet, first witnessed the horrors of the Chinese dog meat markets. NoToDogMeat is a global charity that works with dedicated rescue groups, such as Together for Animals in China (TACN), Korean Animal Rights Advocates (KARA) as well as many other grassroots organizations throughout Asia and around the world to help end the barbaric dog and cat meat trade. NoToDogMeat also provides emergency grants and funding for life-saving veterinary treatments, supplies and ongoing rescue efforts of dogs and cats that are saved from slaughter.
