2020 California State Games Opening Ceremonies

Join us at SDCCU Stadium on July 17, 2020 as 15,000 spectators celebrate the 2020 California State Games.  Festivities include the free Athlete Fun Zone on the parking lot before the Ceremonies. The Ceremonies includes the Athlete Parade with live Jumbotron coverage, Parachute Jumpers, Live Entertainment, Torch Runners, the Lighting of the Cauldron and Fireworks.

Parking: $5 at the stadium

Schedule of Events:
4:00-6:30pm - Free Athlete Fun Zone with Attractions and Giveaways
4:00-6:30pm - DICK'S Sporting Goods Coaches' Gifts Pick-up at Fun Zone
4:00-6:30pm - Fun Zone Beer Garden (Must be over 21)
5:00-7:00pm - Spectator Seating (General Admission should arrive early to get their seats. Premium Seats already have seats reserved for them.)
6:30-7:00pm - Athletes line up for parade
7:00-8:30pm - Ceremonies with Athlete Parade

Athletes who parade into the stadium do not need a ticket.
