5K9 is hosting the first annual Lake Poway 5K trail race for runners with dogs. This is a moderate 5K trail run (on lakeside trails not paved roads). The race is timed and provides competition for those who need a challenge...for the rest of us, its a great 5K trail that you can enjoy with your pooch!
