Tucson "Building the DREAM Job Fair"

Every year, hundreds of talented job candidates attend our DREAM JOB FAIRS at the Tucson Kino Sports Complex. With over 40 of Southern Arizona’s top employers in attendance, this is a great event to find talent and provide valuable career opportunities.

The Building the DREAM Job Fair is an event developed to connect employers with all populations of Job Seekers, including people living with disabilities who desire gainful emeployment.  All employers who attend the event are vetted to ensure they have inclusive hiring practices.

In today's market, mostly based on technology, it is more often a candidate may never get the opportunity to showcase their skills, education and experience in an in person meeting.  Events like the "Building the DREAM Job Fair" create that opportunity both for he candidate and the employer, which can stereamline the process and keep employers from missing out on a talented person due to the competitive market today.
