Phoenix DREAM Job Fair

The Phoenix DREAM Job Fair has been in existence for over 12 years and celebrates inclusion and equality to promote diverse hiring practices, while offering a platform for employers to promote their career opportunities and positive work environments in an effort to hire quality talent for their workforce initiatives.

The event is in community partnership with Maricopa Community Colleges/GateWay Community College as they have graciously hosted the DREAM Job Fair events since its inception in 2012.

All candidates are welcome to attend and include youth, college & high school students, veterans, people living with disabilities and disadvantaged populations. 

The idea was originated from and celebrates National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), which was signed into proclamation by former President Bill Clinton to promote inclusive hiring and recognize individuals for their abilities not their disability.

The planning committee is made up of 12 volunteers from 8 different organizations, all of which serve the community and empower individuals who seek gainful employment through various services they offer.

The October 2024 event had a record attendance of 541 Job Seekers, with 40 Employers who were recruiting for 2,871 open positions!

Come one come all!  If you are seeking employment or an advancement, this is the event to be at and have the opportunity to speak face-to-face to employer recruitment teams...
