2025 can be the year of learning new skills with The Market by The Meat Cellar’s new monthly installment, The Meat Master Class! An unforgettable, educational culinary event, this month’s Meat Master Class will take place on Monday, April 14th at 5PM, walking guests through creating a seven course meal from start-to-finish!

 

Participants will embark on a flavorful journey with host and founder, Anthony Villegas. Admission is $250 and provides class materials, seven courses of exquisite meals and wine pairings, and a personalized certificate upon completion. You’ll be taught how to make a variety of dishes, from white corn chowder soup with housemade pimento, Bison Strip Loin, a soft shell crab sandwich, veal schnitzel, and so much more! Each dish is complimented by a curated selection of wine by The Market’s house sommelier.
