With influences from chef Ambrelys upbringings and influences from traditional Edomae technique, as well as usage of the bounty southern California has to offer. If you have received this invite I am using this as a mock service for the launch of my east coast pop up Calypso. Finally seeing the light of day on the West coast.  We will be treating this like a normal service, so we can practice as a team. This is not a paid event as I am trying to set timing and fluidity in everyone's experience. Take lots of pictures, sit back let us take care of you, drink eat and be merry. Tips for the team are accepted.
