Caviar Dreaming of Studio 54

Step back into the disco era at Saint Joseph's Arts Society for a fabulously wild night filled with Studio 54-style extravagance and over 40 pounds of caviar. At San Francisco’s official annual National Caviar Day celebration, prepare to indulge in an exquisite array of premium caviar from The Caviar Co., including caviar bumps, caviar canapés and creative pairings by well-loved Bay Area chefs, restaurants and brands. From Chefs Chris Ratcliff, Spencer Horovitz, Kait Bauman and Sharon Li to specialty foods including Jack & Remi, Estepan, Trifecta Cooks, and Yes Cacao, each fine caviar bite will take you on a culinary journey and expand your palate.  To complement the experience, libations will be flowing from the open bar featuring a selection of bubbly champagne,  martinis from St. George Spirits, spritz cocktails, wine and beer to sip on. 

With live performances featuring local DJs, captivating arealists, dancers, and Studio 54 themed acts the evening is filled with can’t miss special guest appearances. Whether dancing on the LED dance floor, mingling in the opulent Ken Fulk-designed VIP Salons, looking to strike a pose with the GlamBot or indulging in bumps of caviar - it’s sure to be a night to remember.

• VIP salons available for reservation for $5,000. Invite up to 10 special guests of your choosing to join you in a semi-private, roped-off salon space designed by Ken Fulk. Enjoy VIP drinks, canapés, and special service throughout the party for the epitome of a luxury evening out. Each salon includes a 500g caviar service with accouterments, 2 magnums of premium champagne bottle service, private martini, wine, beer and canapé service.
