ENGLEWOOD'S WOMEN'S RIGHTS INFORMATION CENTER (WRIC) HOSTS ANNUAL EQUINE AND CHOCOLATE FUNDRAISER EVENT

 

The Women's Center of Englewood is holding its annual fundraiser, EQUINE + CHOCOLATE on Sunday, October 6th, from 2 PM to 5 PM at The Bergen Equestrian Center at Overpeck Park, located at 40 Fort Lee Road, Leonia, New Jersey. The event will feature a range of enjoyable activities for the whole family while raising funds for Englewood's Women's Rights Information Center (WRIC). The WRIC aims to provide knowledge and opportunities to help individuals achieve economic stability, self-sufficiency, and emotional well-being, enabling them to live with hope, security, and dignity.   This promises to be a delightful family day at the beautiful grounds of Bergen County's Equestrian Center, home to over 75 horses. The event will offer a diverse array of activities, ensuring a day filled with excitement and enjoyment. From food trucks and vendors to arts and crafts, along with plenty of chocolate, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Children of all ages will have the chance to take part in these engaging fall centric activities. Additionally, families and children can explore the Butterfly Garden operated by the Bergen County Audubon Society.    Advance tickets can be purchased for $40.00 on womensrights.org, or for $45.00 at the door, with free admission for children under 10.
