Issaquah Commons, an open-air lifestyle center in Issaquah, Washington, (https://www.issaquahcommons.com), today announced the grand opening of the Barnes & Noble Bookstore with special events planned including a ribbon-cutting with author Marissa Meyer and Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly on Wednesday, February 12th at 9 a.m. and a story time led by author Cindy Wong on Saturday, February 15th at 11 a.m. The new 25,000-square-foot store is located between Sephora and Chipotle and features a new layout and design, including a cafe.   • Ribbon Cutting: Barnes & Noble will host guests and booklovers at its new Issaquah Commons bookstore for a ribbon cutting event on Wednesday, February 12th, at 9 a.m. Marissa Meyer, author of ‘The Lunar Chronicles’ and Issaquah Mayor Mary Lou Pauly will be on hand to officially open the bookstore.

 

  • Story time: Barnes & Noble will host children and families for a special story time led by children’s author Cindy Wong on Saturday, February 15th, at 11 a.m. Costume character Biscuit will be in attendance, and there will be face painting for the children.
