Subtle Elegance and Quiet Depth: Cathrine Edlinger-Kunze Exhibition Opens at Woodward Contemporary

San Diego, CA — Woodward Contemporary is proud to present Subtle Elegance and Quiet Depth, a solo exhibition showcasing the evocative work of acclaimed artist Cathrine Edlinger-Kunze. Opening on June 7, this exhibition invites viewers to step into an intimate world of movement, memory, and emotion.

Focusing primarily on the human form, Edlinger-Kunze captures the delicate balance between strength and vulnerability through her powerful depictions of  figures, dancers,  and performers. Her compositions are rich with human expression, blending gesture and emotion into works that resonate long after the viewer walks away.

About Cathrine Edlinger-Kunze

Born in Germany and currently based in the United States, Cathrine Edlinger-Kunze has exhibited her work internationally. Her practice is deeply influenced by dance, emotion, and personal memory, culminating in a unique visual language that is both poetic and deeply human.
