Mountainair Sunflower Festival - Saturday, August 26, 2023, from 10am to 4pm - in The Town of Mountainair, New Mexico 87036.  (Intersection of Highways 55 & 60. Only 75 scenic miles from Albuquerque.)

Artist/Craftsperson Booths, Food Vendors, Live Music, Youth Art Activities, Kid's Games, Art Raffle, Treasure Sale, Wine & Beer Garden, Sunflower Hat/Costume Contest, Photo Opportunities, Art Exhibits & Specials all over Town.  Event T-shirts available!

The Manzano Mountain Art Council showcases the artistic and creative talents within the central mountain and valley communities of New Mexico. Our programs serve to:
     inspire and nurture youth
     foster creativity
     celebrate diversity & the arts
     encourage connections with nature, people, & cultural history
     * create economic opportunities

MMAC, formed in 1995, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.  This Event is sponsored by MMAC & the Town of Mountainair with support from Salinas Pueblo Missions National Monument, New Mexico Arts (a division of Department of Cultural Affairs), & the National Endowment for the Arts.
