The Parkinson’s Association of San Diego (PASD) invites the public to the 23rd Annual Step by Step 5K Walk and Health Fair on Saturday, April 5th at Liberty Station (2640 Cushing Road, San Diego, CA 92016). Check-in starts at 7:30 a.m. with the event kicking off at 9:00 a.m., and ending at 11:30 a.m. PDT. www.parkinsonsassociation.org
Joining us to help those affected by Parkinson’s live their best life. This year’s event unites more than 1,200 participants, offering connections, care and access to 70 health exhibitors. and free coffee and donuts. Dogs are also welcome to join the fun and will receive a special bandana for the walk.
Every dollar raised for the Walk stays in San Diego County, directly supporting PASD’s mission to provide essential resources, education and support to thousands of local residents impacted by Parkinson’s disease—ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need.
