Food Truck Thursdays in the Ravinia District in the City of Highland Park will feature a special Country theme night on July 20, from 4:30-8:30 PM. Attendees are invited to come out dressed in their cowboy boots and cowboy hats to dance with the entire family to live country music by bands, Jeanie B (4:30-5:45 PM) and Billingsley & Earp (6-8:30 PM).
Participating businesses throughout the Ravinia District will be giving out Cowboy Boot coloring sheets the week prior to July 20 for children to color and bring to the theme night booth across from the music area in exchange for a temporary country themed tattoo. Prizes will be awarded for the best coloring sheets.
Don’t miss the opportunity to come out dressed in your best country outfit to create memorable photos in the on-site selfie station that will be filled with country-themed props! Check out the food trucks along Dean Avenue for special country-themed menu items.
