The 38th annual South End Open Studios weekend is September 21st-22nd, 11am-6pm. A big weekend and only part of the September art shopping fun at 450 Harrison Ave, Boston.
First Friday is September 6th, so save the date:

And plan to visit us Sundays, 11am-4pm (11am-6pm on Sept. 22nd). There are five SoWa Sundays in September. You’ll meet the artists in person. You’ll be the first to see their new works. You’ll love everything about this art-buying experience.
