The Grand Hunt 2025 - April 12 - Toronto

The epic Easter treasure hunt known for its $1000 cash-filled Grand Prize Chocolate Smash Egg is back! The GOoDS 4th Annual Grand Hunt takes place on April 12th.

Starting at 10am on Saturday, April 12th, ten miniature treasure chests, each holding a unique scroll revealing a special prize will be hidden throughout the city. All interested seekers, ages 18 and older are encouraged to follow and watch @thegoodsweetsto Instagram and Facebook stories leading up to and all day on April 12th for clues to where the treasure chests are hidden. The stakes have increased this year! Alongside the Grand Prize $1000 cash-filled Secret Garden themed Chocolate Smash Egg, an additional $500 cash prize filled Smash Egg has been added to one of the treasure chests. Let's get hunting, Toronto...it's going to be Grand!

This year's prize pool includes items from The GOoDS fabulous Easter Collection as well as generous partners including Penguin Publishing Canada, the Royal Ontario Museum, 401 Games, Storm Crow Manor, Realms 2 Infinity comic book and table top game shop, newly opened Grizzly Bar: Canadian Kitchen, and more!

Once a chest is found with a scroll inside, the lucky hunter should bring it into The Grand Order of Divine Sweets Cafe located at 1162 Queen St W, Toronto (open 10am-7pm) to discover their treasure.

Unable to hunt around the city for treasure but still want to join in the excitement? Swing by The GOoDS Cafe throughout the day and draw from their 'Easter Basket' of prizes and shop their delightfully delicious Easter treat selection! Sweet treats, discounts, gift cards and more can be won throughout the day. The cafe is fully inclusive with entry ramp and accessible washroom.
