2016 CAF SPORTS DAY - CFSU(OTTAWA)

**Online registration deadline is Thursday, 13 October 2016.**

CAF personnel are encouraged to choose one of the following options (exclusively offered to military personnel only):

Option 1 - Friendly Sport Tournament

• Register your team (golf excluded) in one of the following organized sports.
• Individual registrations are also accepted and will be placed on a team.

Option 2 - Unit/Section Sport Challenge

• In conjunction with your health and fitness committee, units may choose to organize a sport activity for their own unit/section members.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• For registrations on the DWAN Network, you must click on the dark circle to add a registration.
• Lunch and transport will not be provided.
• Sport specific attire is required.
