A DAY OF SWIMMING, CYCLING AND RUNNING FOR CASUAL OR SERIOUS ATHLETES, AND FAMILIES OF ALL AGES (ADULTS & YOUTHS 6 & UP CAN JOIN AS INDIVIDUALS OR BY JOINING A TEAM.

REGISTRATION FEE Includes: **-Free Adult T-shirt **-Free Childcare available along with some snacks, fruit, energy bars, water, sport drinks.

DUATHLON 8:30 AM -10:00 AM

-20 minute stationary bike / 5 minute transition time

-2 mile closed course run

TRIATHLON 9:15 AM -12:30 PM

-20 minute swim/ 10 minute transition

-20 minute bike/ 5 minute transition

-2 mile onsite closed course run, totaling 7 laps.

SPLASH & DASH (AGES 6-13) 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM

-15 minute swim/ 5 minute transition - (6-10 yrs) 1/2 mile run, (11-13 yrs) 1 mile run

TRIATHLON/DUATHLON TRAINING CAMP:

Instructed by Race Director & Multisport instructor at the JCC: William Hansen, hansenwilliam@me.com

Make sure you are prepared for your race by learning proper swim, cycling & running form & techniques as well as transition tips, clothing suggestions and other useful multisport info. Then apply these new learned techniques to complete and enjoy our 2nd annual JCC Try-athlon or Duathlon and other races you like. We will train together and you will receive a workout training schedule to use in between our weekly in-person sessions.
