Online registration is now closed but you can sign up on-site at Oak Mountain State Park, on Friday from 2-6pm

The 12th edition of the XTERRA in Shelby County, Alabama will be held May 20 at Oak Mountain State Park.

XTERRA Oak Mountain State Park offers three off-road triathlons:

The full distance Championship race, Sprint distance and the beginner Xticer.

The full distance race offers points to all athletes in the XTERRA Pan American Tour and the XTERRA America Tour as well as professional prize money.

It also offers 51 age group slots to the 2016 XTERRA World Championship.

There are 5K, 10K and 21K trail runs offered on May 21.
