Located on the legendary Ironman Cozumel 70.3 race course off the Yucatan Peninsula, our Braveheart Sunshine Suffer-fest is the perfect opportunity to improve your race fitness, acclimatize for training and racing in the heat, and get expert tips for swimming, biking and running by those who do it for a living. Lesley and Mau will provide hands-on coaching each day for swimming, biking, and running, while mental toughness expert, Dr Simon Marshall will teach you psychological strategies for training and racing with confidence and toughness in the heat. NOTE: The camp runs Friday-Monday (Thurs eve is easy run, welcome meeting and dinner. Camp ends at at noon on Monday, 20th Aug).

• DESIGNED FOR ALL ABILITY LEVELS. From beginner to pro, we have ability matched groups for each training session so you're never too slow or too fast.**

• THE FIRST TRI CAMP TO TEACH MENTAL SKILLS FOR TRAINING AND RACING. Meet renowned sports psychology expert, and author of the Brave Athlete, Dr Simon Marshall, as he teaches you mental skills to "embrace the suck," boost confidence, reduce nerves, and build mental toughness.

• IDEAL PREPARATION FOR RACES IN THE HEAT. The Braveheart sunshine suffer-fest is a perfect opportunity to practice training in the heat in preparation for Ironman 70.3 Cozumel, Ironman Cozumel, or the Ironman World Championships in Kona, HI. Even if you're not racing in the heat, come get a tan, soak up the atmosphere and train like a pro.

• ALL INCLUSIVE means ALL INCLUSIVE! -- Registration Fees include the camp, 4 nights accommodation, all food ( 3 meals/day, starting Thurs evening through Monday breakfast), Free alcohol (wait, what?), taxes and fees. Yes, you heard it. You just get here, and we take care of the rest.

• BRING YOUR FAMILY OR LAZY FRIENDS! -- they get a beach holiday with booze thrown in, you get to train and relax with them in the afternoon and evenings. We offer a friends and family rate for your supporters to wave you off each day before they relax on the beach with a good book and a margarita.
