Set your wheels in motion this spring and ride all summer long at our five events: Subaru ERock Sunrise-Sunset, Subaru Elephant Rock, I25 Kia Copper Triangle, Tour de Vineyards and the Icon Eyecare Tour of the Moon. Each event allows you to experience Colorado all summer long.
Starting out at the Subaru Elephant Rock Cycling Festival is the unofficial start of the Colorado cycling season on June 2-3. You will not want to miss the excitement and camaraderie of the 31st annual pilgrimage to Castle Rock for the Rocky Mountain region's premier cycling festival, a Rocky Mountain tradition.
Next up is the famous i25 Kia Copper Triangle, Alpine Cycling Classic on August 3-4. The Copper Triangle has long been considered one of Colorado’s classic alpine road rides. Graced with breathtaking scenery, gorgeous roads, and three challenging climbs, the I-25 Kia Copper Triangle exemplifies cycling in the Colorado Rockies.
Then Celebrate the fall with a scenic and leisurely tour of Colorado’s Wine Country on September 15, 2018. Choose between two routes that showcase the splendor of the Grand Valley and beauty of the Western Slope. Chock-full of wineries, vineyards, orchards, and mesas, the 25th annual Tour de Vineyards has a little something for everyone!
Finishing up the season with the Tour of the Moon. The Tour of the Moon was made famous in the 1980’s Coors Classic and later in the cycling movie American Flyers. Today, it continues to be considered one of the premier recreational rides in the western United States. The breathtaking, high desert scenery and beautiful roads make this an epic day of cycling on September 29th.
