17 Weeks to Spring Program:

For over 15 years, the 17 Weeks to Spring program has been a foundation of winter indoor cycling in Saskatoon. This program offers specific aerobic training for cyclists of all ages and ability levels.

Our workouts are designed to challenge your muscles and cardiovascular system in a carefully scheduled (but relatively short) amount of time. We offer fantastic workouts that vary throughout the season. The more you focus and follow along, the greater the results. About those results: You’ll feel stronger, more energetic, fitter, and happier. Whether you are prepping for next year's race season, or just want to be fit for spring, this program will help get you to the next level! So, pull your bike out of the garage and join us this winter!

The program is divided into two distinct parts -

  • Session 1: Endurance (9 weeks)
  • Session 2: Power & Speed (8 weeks)

Program Features:-

  • 17 weeks of 1.5 hour classes for only $260.00!
  • Option to add a second class for only $150 more!
  • includes 17 additional weekly workouts to do at home
  • 1 hour of biking and 1/2 hour of stretching and core per class
  • a program designed to allow you to work at, and improve, your own level of fitness

Class Options:

  • Tues 6:30-8:00 PM
  • Wed 6:30-8:00 PM
  • Fri 8:10-9:40 AM

Requirements:

  • bike in working order
  • magnetic or kinetic training (3 rental units available)
  • heart rate monitor (and power meter if you have one)
  • valid Sask Cycling membership (can purchase during registration)
