Scheduled At: May 18th, June 22nd, Aug 3rd, Sept 8th

Street Car Showdown Test-N-Tune: Friday, June 21st - Open To Street Car Showdown Participants $150 as well as Non-Participants $250

Classes:

•Street Wicked (8.50-Slower) – Max 4 Participants (Until Demand Shows)

•Street Extreme (10.00-Slower) – Max 8 Participants

•Street Bandit (11.00-Slower) – Max 8 Participants

•Street Driver (12.00-Slower) – Max 8 Participants

Daily Event Schedule: Gates Open: 5:00 PM, Qualifying Begins: 6:00 PM (Lanes Close For Competitors Test Pass At 6:00 PM), Racing: 7:30 PM

Registration: For Street Driver, Street Bandit and Street Extreme the first 8 to sign up for each class will determine the field for that class. For Street Wicked it will be the first 4 to sign up, Registration is online - Online registration will have a few simple questions so that your car information and bio is handy for the track announcer and event planners.

Format: All entrants receive the opportunity for a single test pass at 6pm during the “test session” , lanes will close once the test session starts so be in the lanes no later than 6pm. Round opponents and lane choice will be chosen by Poker Chip draw each round. Contestants that win their race will come back down the return road for their next round immediately following their race, a Poker Chip is drawn again for your next opponent and lane. Cars that have issues or take an excess amount of time will be deemed out of the race. If you run faster than your class allows, you lose. (Example – Street Driver runs 10.92 in the 11.00 or slower class, he loses the race.) Instant Green Start will be in effect, Green lights will be random.

Rules:

•Cars must be tagged, titled, working headlights, taillights, turn signal, etc.

•Current Insurance Card, Tags, & Registration to be checked at Tech.

•Full Stock Appearing Interior, OEM Glass Required, must have passenger seat (rear seat delete permitted) no raw sheet metal panels. (Windows must roll down)

•No Delay Boxes (Trans Brake Permitted), Timing Systems Aids, and other Bracket Racing aids.

•All Tires must be DOT legal, and also 325 MM (12.5 Inches) or Smaller. (Drag Radials Permitted, No Slicks) Tech will be checking.

•No Tube Chassis Front or Back, No Wheelie Bars, No Full Tubbed Wheel Wells (“Mini Tub” permitted).

•No Rules for Weight Brakes, Engine Size, Power Adders, Etc.

•You must choose your class at registration.

•All cars must have exhaust, no open headers. Exhaust may exit fender or other locations deemed safe.

•Once the race has started the hood is not permitted to be opened, Nitrous bottles may be exchanged and ice added as long as it doesn’t slow down the competition. It is recommended to use a bigger bottle or twin bottles if needed, the pace moves quickly.

• Pit Area: There will be a designated Showdown pit area reserved for participants. It is highly recommended that all racers park together in the designated Showdown area to be able to find participants easier and to receive important information. You may park or pit elsewhere BUT have your car in the designated area prior to the race starting as all announcements will held in that area. If you’re not there you may miss important information pertaining to the test pass or the race. Poker Chip draw will be held in the designated Showdown pit area.

• Tech: There will be a tech official in the designated Showdown area until 6pm.(Rules for Street Wicked are subject to change as we lock this class in)

• Cars must meet NHRA Safety rules for the class
