Course Info:

The Elephant Rock courses have developed a reputation for being both scenic and challenging. Your course options include 100-, 58- and 40-mile road courses, 60-and 27-mile gravel courses, and the perfect family ride 8-mile course.

Helmets are required for all rides. Please ride safely, lawfully and considerately! All cyclists are required to follow all traffic law and regulations. Always ride single file on the right side of the road, except to pass. The police have authority to issue tickets, so please be attentive to state and local laws.

Tagalong and Burley-style trailers are NOT permitted on the longer courses 100, 58, 60-mile courses, but are okay to use on the 40-, 27 and 8-mile courses. Ages 18 and under on the 100, 58, 60 mile course need to be accompanied by an adult. The Elephant Rock will enforce a cap on each individual course rather than an overall participant cap. Registrations will not be accepted once the caps are met. Please register early!

Youth & Development:

We are offering youth/children 18 years and younger the opportunity to participate for free.

Ride Start Times:

The following start times are recommended for each course. Remember this is not a race, but rather just a great day for a ride. You may leave any time during these windows:

Beneficiary

New in 2019, a portion of the proceeds raised through our Elephant Rock registration and fundraising will go directly toward feeding hungry children in the Denver metro area. The CE Shop Foundation provides weekend meals to school children and their families on free and reduced school lunch programs. The Foundation has a goal of raising $50,000 this year from cyclist and supporters who join our fundraising team.

In true cycling tradition, the Elephant Rock will take place regardless of weather; therefore refunds will not be provided.
