2020 Liberty Run 4 Mile, Virtual Racing the new DISTANCE Run/Walk

Cookouts, apple pie, ice cream, your great aunt wearing that ever so festive American flag dress (screech) .... WAIT. Remember last year when it was so hot and crowded waiting for the start, the music was too loud, the lines at the portos were forever long, as were the lines at bib pickup?  Or when they couldn’t find your bib (only to find out you signed up for the event across town)?  We have solved ALL of these issues!  Join us for the Liberty Run 4 Mile from your backyard, from isolation, from the trails behind your neighborhood, anywhere, it’s your choice….you won’t even have to use a porto-potty this year! 

This year's Liberty Run 4 Mile has gone virtual, or what we like to call, a new twist on DISTANCE Running & Walking. 

This year, we will bring the fun to you as we pay tribute to, support, and honor our community heroes, specifically healthcare workers.

Starting with an online broadcast kickoff celebration on July 4th, you can run, jog, stroll, walk your 4 miles anytime from July 4th to July 11th as we create both a unique audio experience for you during your participation and a unique display of solidarity in a unique online/virtual experience.  Best part, you can participate anywhere in the USA.

Event Schedule:

• July 4th, 9:00 a.m. - Opening Ceremonies (online broadcast)
• July 4th - July 11th - Complete your miles and submit your results and photos.
• July 11th (time TBD) - join us for an online post-party.

Packet Pickup:

• July 2nd, 3pm to 6pm - Road Runner Sports Westminster (10436 Town Center Dr, Westminster, CO 80021)
• July 3rd, 3pm to 6pm - Road Runner Sports Lone Tree (8457 S Yosemite St, Lone Tree, CO 80124)

What We Will be Supporting

We will first be honoring our healthcare professionals while also supporting local businesses.  We will be providing food via food trucks as a thank you to our healthcare workers. You can also have a message printed on our thank you banner that will be displayed alongside the food truck (you can enter your message during registration).

We also will be making a donation to Feeding America to support our neighbors in need.
