Our Winter Clinic is all about learning to love Winter, keeping healthy and happy through the darker Canadian months and building your base for your Spring training and race goals.
Our focus is on using the outdoors to keep your level of biophillia high (endorphins from the outdoors). We will teach you all you need to know for Winter movement and your running base, and will keep you not only in good physical health but in good mental health.
We will run, play, snowshoe, strength train, practice yoga, have guest speakers and more.
