2024 Wonderfront Vendor Application

 Thank you for your interest in being a vendor with Wonderfront Festival!

Wonderfront Festival will take place on Friday May 10th, Saturday May 11th and Sunday May 12th, 2024. The festival will feature 80+ bands across 7 stages, culinary delights, immersive arts and games experiences all along the Downtown San Diego Waterfront.

Vendor spaces will be determined at a later date. All fees and applications are due by March 10, 2024. This year we have more limited vendor space, as we using more of the areas used prior by vendor booths for additional stage and sponsor activations. Due to this revised layout our vendor booth space is much more limited, and those that have their applications in first will be the first applicants to be evaluated, and spaces designated.

Please fill out the required fields to provide logistical information to be considered. Have all information ready to fill out the required form (vehicles, electricity, booth photos, etc). If you would like to have more than one booth please fill out multiple applications with the specific information that pertains to each corresponding booth.

DETAILS

Space Costs:
10x10 booth for 3 days - $2,950 plus applicable fees

Non-profit organizations:
10x10 booth for 3 days - $1,950 plus applicable fees


Volume discount for additional spaces available on a case by case basis.

Premium and corner/entrance locations may be priced higher.

booth fee does not include tent.

** If you need power, we will provide for $250.


Event Hours:

Friday May 10 – 1:00pm doors, 10pm closing

Saturday May 11 – 12:00pm doors, 10pm closing

Sunday May 12 – 12:00pm doors, 9:45pm closing

Load In Load Out:

Load In - Thursday May 9

Load Out - 10pm, Sunday May 12 - Monday May 13

_Insurance: _Please include all insurance policy coverage information in your application. Must have a minimum of $1m general liability, $1m workmen comp, $1m automobile coverage and $1m property damage.

Other: Any water and electrical needs must be indicated on the vendor application.
