Zero Dark Dirty® is open to the General Public with the following stipulations:          

• Those without Base Access must arrange to be escorted in on race morning by an authorized base patron. 
• Join a friend or family member who is an authorized base patron to participate.  
• Please do not register for the run unless this requirement has been coordinated.  Patrons who don’t make arrangements to enter Camp Pendleton will be turned away and no refund will be issued.
• NOTE:  MCCS Hard Corps Race Series does not have the ability or authorization to provide contacts for base access.

The 6K course offers three different obstacle sections and the challenge of running at night.

HEADLAMPS ARE REQUIRED - You have the option to pre-purchase one during the registration process for $5 (Special Online Discount - YAY!) or bring your own on race day. (Cell phone's are NOT considered a Headlamp!)

Headlamps will also be available for purchase at check-in for $10.

Must show valid authorized base ID to Check In.  

Main Gate Entrance
I-5 Northbound
Take the Camp Pendleton exit.

I-5 Southbound
Take the Vandegrift/Harbor Drive exit and turn left.

Enter the main gate and continue on Vandergrift for approximately 8 miles.
Turn left at Santa Margarita Road.
Turn right at Lake O’Neill Road and follow event signs to parking area.

San Luis Rey Gate Entrance
Enter the gate and proceed approximately 4 miles on Vandergrift.
Turn right at Santa Margarita Road.
Turn right at Lake O’Neill Road and follow event signs to parking area.
