RUNNIN OF THE GREEN POSTPONED

Thank you all for your continued support of the Runnin of the Green. You are what makes this event so unique and fun for all. We appreciate you all more than you can imagine. 

It is with great disappointment that we are reaching out to let you know we have made the difficult decision to postpone the event in light of the COVID-19 situation.  Safety is our number one priority and at this time, it is in the best interest of the community. This includes the advance packet pickup at Boulder Running Company on the 13th and 14th.

We will be working with the applicable agencies to determine a future date as soon as possible. As you can imagine their offices are inundated due to the State of Emergency. Once we have more information, we will inform you of the new date and details. Please be patient while we work through that process.

For those of you that have signed up for the virtual component, we will reach out to you directly on your status preference as we move forward.

Sláinte! or "to your health" - join us for the 32nd annual Runnin of the Green! Once again, you can choose to between the Lucky 7K Run/Walk, or the ever-popular Leprechaun Leap 2 Mile Run/Walk (this year the 2 mile will be timed).

We take our Irish fun seriously and this is a seriously fun event! Find out for yourself why we have been voted the best race post-party!

COURSE MAPS: 7K , 2 Mile

EVENT SCHEDULE

  • 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. - Bib Pickup and Race Day Registration
  • 10:10 a.m. - Athletes with disabilities advanced start
  • 10:15 a.m. - Lucky 7K Run/Walk Start
    Wave start, participants will line up according to their expected pace per mile.
  • 10:35 - Leprechaun Leap 2 Mile Starts

 

ADVANCE PACKET PICKUP

Packet Pickup will be held at BOULDER RUNNING COMPANY Cherry Creek on March 13th & 14th.  

  • Friday, March 13th 11AM-7PM
  • Saturday, March 14th, 10AM-2PM

Or pickup on race day starting at 8:30AM at 19th & Wazee.
