Hai Tran is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Cyber Collaboration Centre.  Hai has governance, risk and compliance leadership experience across a broad range of industry sectors including higher education, telecommunications, federal government, and law enforcement, including 5 years as the inaugural CISO for Western Australia Police Force. 

He has a pragmatic and business led approach to security based on the philosophy that security should be an enabler, pervasive and frictionless.  He has a track record of building high performing teams, and embedding security into business processes to enable technology innovation and enhance business performance 

Hai is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ASD endorsed IRAP assessor, and holds a Diploma of Policing (Australian Federal Police College), Bachelor of Commerce (University of WA), Master of Electronic Commerce (Murdoch University).
