At the Bunny Rock Series, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our participants. Surrounding the concern of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Illinois state and city officials have announced a ban on large events and social gatherings. As a result, we regret to inform you that the Bunny Rock 5K and Kid’s Egg Hunt at Montrose Harbor on April 11th has been canceled.

While rescheduling the event is not an option at this time, we do want to offer our participants an alternative – which is why we’re turning the Bunny Rock 5K into a Virtual Run!

Same race. Same swag. Just your location!

  • Your choice of location
  • Your choice of distance
  • Any duration of time

You can run by yourself or with a group, just get out and have a fun time!

Date: Anytime in the month of April!

Location: You pick! Inside or outside - you can hop your course wherever and whenever. 

Packet Shipping:

There will be no packet pick-up. Every packet will be shipped to the addresses given during registration.

  • Packets will be shipped starting April 1st.
    • we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic and will update participants on status of shipping.

5K SWAG: All 5K Participants receive a customized Dri-Fit T-Shirt, bunny ears and 80's style sunglasses, and 5K FINISHER MEDALS!

 

Charity: We’re proud to announce Reach Rescue as the official charity partner of the 2020 Virtual Bunny Rock Hawthorn Mall.

Refunds: Since the Easter Bunny has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds or exchanges, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various holiday festivities and situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t.  All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
