Canmore Volleyball Camp 2019

Please read the below information carefully before proceeding with registration.We ask that you follow registration prompts carefully and familiarize yourself with our refund policy before registering, as noted below and on our website.

• A Parent/Guardian email address is required in the BUYER section, this is important for receiving important information regarding the camp, as many athletes don't frequently check their emails in the summer

• Register the athlete as the ATTENDEE. Athlete emails can be entered at this point.

• Camp information packages with packing check lists, schedules and specifics are emailed out to participants 1-2 weeks before the start of the camp

• Note: Registration system fees are added on at check out. These are unavoidable and non-refundable fees collected by events.com for use of service.

Refund policy:

Please be sure you understand the policy as it is firm.

June 1, 2019 - Full refund minus online registration system fees for requests received before 12pm.

June 1- July 1 - Refunds minus online registration system fees and $20 admin fee are provided if your spot can be filled by a member on the waitlist. While we will attempt to fill your spot we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so.

After July 1 - We are unable to provide refunds for cancellation requests inside this window as all expenses have been incurred and waitlist members have moved on with other plans.
