Club Pass FAQs

May I enter Club Pass shows without a Club Pass? Yes. You don't need a Club Pass to access Club Pass Series shows. Enter at the door for $30 ($35 Kilbourn Hall), cash only.

Is the Club Pass good for headliner shows? No, the Club Pass does not provide access to Headliner Shows at Kodak Hall at Eastman Theatre. Those shows are ticketed with reserved seats.

If I buy a Club Pass this year and can't use it, can I use it next year? No, the 2025 Club Pass is good only in 2025. There are no refunds or exchanges. You can transfer or share your Ticket with someone else for them to redeem in June.

I didn't use my Club Pass from last year. Can I use it this year? No, Club Pass tickets that were not redeemed from a previous year are no longer valid.
