Code a micro:bit pet / Micro:compagnon à coder

Join us for a fun and interactive half-day workshop where you'll blend the world of coding with hands-on crafting to create your very own micro:bit pet!

In this workshop, you'll explore how the micro:bit microcontroller works and learn how to program it to respond to actions like button presses and movement. Then, get creative as you design and personalize your Micro Pet, turning it into a one-of-a-kind, colorful companion. This activity combines technology and art, making it the perfect way to introduce kids to the exciting world of coding in a playful and imaginative way!

• Registration is required.
• Includes a micro:bit controller to take home.
• Drop-off for the morning session is between 8:30 and 9 a.m., and pick-up is between noon and 12:30 p.m.
• Drop-off for the afternoon session is between 12:30 and 1 p.m. and pick-up is between 4 and 4:30 p.m.
