Community Winter Solstice Spiral Walk

All are Invited to Join Us as We Celebrate the Winter Solstice
Saturday December 21st @4:30pm
The Solstice Spiral Walk is a tradition that honors the seasonal cycle of light and dark by arranging a simple spiral labyrinth upon Mother Earth adorned with Evergreen Boughs & Treasures.
Each year on the Winter Solstice, we hold the simple community ceremony of walking the Winter Solstice Spiral.
The spiral is ancient and symbolizes the inward-turning we tend to experience as the night grows longer and cold drives us indoors.
We begin by gathering the community inside our whimsically decorated Winter Time Community Oasis

Before leading the ceremonial
procession out to the Solstice Spiral
Katherine explains the ceremony and it's symbolism and invites the community to create this simple ceremony together.
One by One, each guest takes their turn to walking to the center of the spiral & lighting their candle.
After the ceremony, the community is invited to enjoy the Solstice Fire & Solstice Goodies will be served in the Oasis.

Please Note
- Event takes place outside so please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Bring your own apple with a candle to help illuminate the spiral journey.
