Dash for Smiles 10th Annual 5K - Virtual!

Dash for Smiles is going Virtual for 2020!
With current social distancing guidelines we are unable to host our event in person. But...we will be hosting a virtual 5k experience.
What is a virtual 5k?
A relatively new trend, virtual races offer flexibility where runners and walkers can choose their start line and start time. Whether on a treadmill, neighborhood street, park, or trail you run the 3.1 miles and upload your photos to Facebook and/or Instagram with the hashtag #dashforsmiles2020.
How will it work?
- Register online
- Run anytime between Sunday July 26 and Saturday August 1
- Upload photos/results to Facebook & Instagram
- Enjoy your favorite beverage at home to celebrate your accomplishment!
While this virtual event can not replace connecting with our beautiful cleft community, we hope that we can make this year memorable for all.
Remember the cleft clinics still need our help!
If you choose an event t-shirt, we plan to hold a tshirt pick-up on Saturday July 25th at Runners Roost Denver (1685 S Colorado Blvd J, Denver, CO 80222). We will be there from 10AM - 2PM.

Dash for Smiles was created by three mothers of cleft affected children. This is the tenth annual 5K walk/run to raise awareness and to benefit cleft lip and palate programs at Children's Hospital Colorado and Rose Medical Center.
Team Registration -- Team Captains will create and name the team and then register themselves to get things started. Teams can be made up of any registration category.

- Complete the registration process
