Dash for Smiles 5K - 2021

Dash for Smiles was created by three mothers of cleft affected children. This is the eleventh annual 5K walk/run to raise awareness and to benefit cleft lip and palate programs at Children's Hospital Colorado and Rose Medical Center.

Skip the line on event day and stop by advance packet pickup on Saturday, July 24th at Runners Roost Denver, 10AM-2PM !!

Event Schedule

7:00 am Bib & Tshirt Pick Up Opens

8:00 am 1st 5K wave starts, waves will start every 30 minutes until 10AM.

At this time, in adherence with COVID mitigation guidelines, the start will be different than in years past and masks will be required throughout the event, EXCEPT for while on the 5K course.  Small groups will be lined up every 30 minutes in a socially distanced manner before being released on to the course. 

You will select your start wave time during registration.

If guidelines change, these plans will be modified accordingly.  We thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility.  

Team Registration -- Team Captains will create and name the team and then register themselves to get things started. Teams can be made up of any registration category.

• Select the appropriate registration category and enter quantity
• Complete the registration process
• Invite others to join your team!!
