Once registered, you will receive a confirmation with a link to book a room at our discounted group rate of $425 per night plus taxes for the nights of 2/24, 2/25, and 2/26.  Booking link will show a $30 per night resort fee, which will be waived for our group.  Room accomodation includes breakfast for up to two people.  Additional nights can be booked by contacting the resort directly.

Refund Policy

Full refund 30 days prior to event. 50% refund 14 days prior to event. No refunds within 14 days of event. A $100 processing fee will apply to any cancellation.
