Support the Chinese Mutual Aid Association and volunteer at the Dim Sum & Then Some: The Uptown 5K!

Times: Volunteer check in between 6:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. under the white volunteer check in tent

Location: 1016 W Arglye St, Chicago, IL 60640

Amenities: All volunteers will receive a volunteer t-shirt, Dim Sum, and we can sign off on any volunteer hours.

Cause:

We’re proud to announce Chinese Mutual Aid Association as the official cause partner of the 2020 Dim Sum & Then Some: The Uptown 5K!

Proceeds will directly support the Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA), a community-based 501(c)3 social services agency, in their efforts to provide crucial assistance to low-income immigrants, refugees, and people from all socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds. This isn’t your typical get a shirt, and go home type of 5K. The Dim Sum & Then Some is the only 5K taking place in Uptown and Chicago’s only 5K where registrants are treated with dim sum and bubble tea at the end!
