6:20 PM - 6:30 PM MS2 Carmen Ontiveros-Colley: The Professional Toastmasters Experience

Carmen developed the High Performance Leadership vision, mission, and goals of the Central Texas Speakers' Bureau, the forms and documents needed to govern the Central Texas Speakers' Bureau. She is a member of Lone Star Toastmasters in Killeen and Elite Vocal Aces Toastmasters in Temple. Carmen is Level 2 of Motivational Strategies and former Area Director.

6:30 PM - 6:45 PM PM5 Bob Sims: Speechcraft for You!

Robert C. Sims has been a member of Toastmasters since October 01, 2003. Bob is Club VP Education of Elite Vocal Aces Toastmasters. He is Level 5 of Presentation Mastery and former Area Director. As coordinator for Base Camp, Bob ran a successful 2023 Speech Craft and helped Elite Vocal Aces Toastmasters become Distinguished!
