Hogwarts Running Club is pleased to present our fifth event of 2017:

The Eternal Glory Four Miler!

2017 is our fourth year and our next event celebrates the fourth book in the Harry Potter series! The Goblet of Fire includes imagery from Durmstrang, Beauxbatons, and Hogwarts along with the four names from the Goblet who would compete for Eternal Glory! And the back of the medal? We're not #KeepingTheSecrets on this one. The back of the medal solemnly and beautifully honors a true champion: Cedric Diggory. Your registration includes this large 4" medal that will have both metal and porcelain aspects to create a unique effect and a one-of-a-kind medal with a custom sublimated ribbon (with blue flames!) and the much-loved personalized digital bib!

If you think a dragon, a lake and a maze are tough, think about the challenge of overcoming homelessness! We are honored to announce our charity partner for this event is Back on My Feet. BoMF's mission is to revolutionize the way our society approaches homelessness. Their unique running-based model demonstrates that if you first restore confidence, strength and self-esteem, individuals are better equipped to tackle the road ahead and move toward jobs, homes and new lives. They provide practical training and employment resources for achieving independence, an environment that promotes accountability, and a community that offers compassion and hope for all in need. What better day to run your 4-miler than the birthday of the unexpected fourth champion?! The suggested run date for this event is Monday, July 31st...Harry's birthday! Remember, this is only a fun suggestion. You are welcome to complete your four miles whenever you want!

Registration closes at midnight on August 6th (or early morning on Aug 7th depending on your Time Zone) and all of the medals will be mailed out in one huge mailing on Monday. August 14th.
