Participants will film and post a video sharing their, or a loved one's, cancer story and throw their color pack in the air representing the awareness of that specific cancer 'color'. This event is a VIRTUAL 5k event. Run at your own pace, in your own time, in your own space.

Use this as an opportunity to push yourself, keep in practice or perhaps train for a 2017 Every Color Matters event, join a running group, stay motivated to end 2017/kick off 2018 right. Save money and keep your schedule flexible! No big lines, no parking fees, a course that you choose, and a climate you control!

No, you do not need to complete the distance all at one time, break it up, run/walk/dash/rock n' roll -- whatever your method you choose! We know that you're busy and that schedules can change. Feel free to mix up the date and accumulated distances based on your schedule. This is a virtual 5K, your way!

When selecting the color of your Race Bib, please be aware that we have color families due to the vast number of different shades and hues for all of the cancer ribbons. If there is a specific color you'd like us to add please reach out to us at info@cd5k.com to request your specific shade (maroon, teal, amber, peach, etc). We can't wait to get colorful with you!
