Fall Fest 2023 Vendor Registration

Help CHKD and Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism’s therapeutic recreation program to provide a family-friendly event for children with special needs. Fall Fest, a free community event geared to children of all abilities, features games, face painting, music, and fun photo opportunities. Kids are encouraged to wear their favorite costume and decorate their wheelchair or adaptive equipment.

As a community partner, you are invited to help create an accessible, indoor “neighborhood” that allows children to trick-or-treat for sweets and prizes. Each vendor partner will receive and decorate a cardboard house that trick-or-treaters can visit as they explore the neighborhood.

We hope you will join us to create a fun and memorable neighborhood event for the kids. We will supply the neighborhood cardboard house and giveaways. All you have to do is bring your finished family friendly decorated house and friendly costumed volunteers to handout treats. Opportunity to distribute your business give-aways/information will be available. 

Participation Fee:

$100 - Single carboard house and some provided treats to giveaway. There may be an opportunity to purchase a double cardboard house ($200), if space allows.

Once registered your cardboard house will be delivered to the address you provided during registration. 

Additional information about set up time, decorating ideas, parking, tables, etc. will be sent in a follow-up email.
