We are very excited for our 15th Anniversary of this wonderful event!

This year's Thanksgiving Day 5K / Turkey Trot / Run for the Homeless is all about giving back and having fun with your family while doing so. In San Diego alone there are over 8,700 people living on the streets each night - the countries 4th largest homeless population. At Father Joe's Villages, our mission is to break the cycle of homelessness, one life at a time by providing a 'one-stop-shop' for our neighbors to get all of the services they need to get back on their feet and find permanent housing.

This particular event is our organization's largest fundraiser of the year that supports the comprehensive programs and services that we provide to our homeless neighbors in need.

UPDATE on Buying Pies:

While, as of Wednesday, November 23rd at 7:30PM, we are no longer selling pies online, pies will still be available to buy at our Culinary Arts Program booth in the Plaza de Panama the morning of the race. Please visit them to get a delicious homemade pie to take to your family!

How to Register as a Team

**Note: If your company is paying for all or part of the team's registrations, get an individualized access/discount code by emailing 5k@neighbor.org. The organization will be later invoiced.

1. Have an elected, participating Team Captain

2. Team Captain will create the Team

3. Team Members can be invited and will register by clicking "Join a Team"
