Fleet Fitness "Weekend of Grit"

Come out to be a part of a event like no other!!!  It might not be in your comfort zone but that’s the exact reason you need to sign up!!

If you would rather do the same old thing, then by all means this race isn’t for you. If your looking to be tested, pushed, and to conquer something different, then come GET SOME!!!

2 Days

1 Weekend you’ll never forget

This is an event like you’ve never been a part of before. Choose only 1 event, or if you're crazy enough, you can do all 3.

Event Overview:

1. FF "Strength":

   • Format: 1-hour AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) with a focus on bench press.
   • Requirements: Bench press based on body weight percentage.
   • Additional Challenge: Run 1/2 mile after reaching 30 reps or re-racking the weight. Points will be given for each rep on bench along with each lap completed.

2. FF "Grit":

   • Format: 35-minute workout split into three AMRAPs.
   • Challenges: Varied exercises that could be included are ground-to-overhead movements, burpees, box jumps, rowing, pull-ups, and kettlebell swings, thrusters, and other exercises that will be put out the week prior.
   • Points: Points will be earned differently for each event.

3. FF "Endurance":

   • Format: Most miles covered in 4 hours with a gauntlet after every 3 miles.
   • Gauntlet Exercise: (ex. Air squats, push-ups, box jump-overs, and burpees or other exercises)
