Flow: A Healing Movement Retreat

Join hosts Tia Marie Brumsted of centered self and Alina Liao of Zenit Journals for an intimate full-day wellness retreat at the beautiful and serene Kharis Lavender Fields and Barn. This retreat will provide space for women to slow down and reconnect with self through mind-body experiences. Participants will leave feeling restored and with strategies and resources to support their mental and physical wellness in their daily lives.

Update: The retreat is on rain or shine. In the event of rain/cold temps, we will move all workshop inside the Lavender Barn! Please wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers! 

Retreat Agenda (updated): 

10:15: Arrival, Lavender Tea Welcome, Decorate Your Own Wellness Journal

10:50: Gentle Stretching, Breathwork and Intention Setting 

11:30: Healing Movement with Capoeira 

12:30: Lunch and shopping at the Lavender Boutique (Boutique discount included!) 

1:30: Meditation and Sound Immersion Session

3:00: Social Connection and Refreshment Break 

3:30: Find Your Flow through Journaling Session 

4:30: Lavender-Inspired Self-Care Session (with take-home goodies) and Closing Reflection 

Participants should bring: 

  • yoga mat, blanket, or folding chair 
  • water bottle (refillable hydration stations available) 
  • hat and sunscreen (we'll be in a partially shaded area when outdoors) 
  • anything else that helps you relax and get centered 

Hosts and venue will provide: 

  • journal 
  • workshop materials
  • pillows and blankets for sound bath meditation
  • beverages, lunch, and snacks throughout the day 
  • bathrooms and private lactation space
  • refrigerator available for medication, breastmilk, etc.
