Join hosts Tia Marie Brumsted of centered self and Alina Liao of Zenit Journals for an intimate full-day wellness retreat at the beautiful and serene Kharis Lavender Fields and Barn. This retreat will provide space for women to slow down and reconnect with self through mind-body experiences. Participants will leave feeling restored and with strategies and resources to support their mental and physical wellness in their daily lives.

10:15: Arrival and Lavender Tea Welcome
10:30: Breathwork and Intention Setting
11:00: Healing Movement with Capoeira
12:00: Lunch and shopping at the Lavender Boutique (Boutique discount included!)
1:00: Meditation and Sound Immersion Session
2:30: Social Connection and Refreshment Break
3:00: Find Your Flow through Journaling Session (and decorate your own wellness journal!)
4:30: Lavender-Inspired Self-Care Session (with take-home goodies) and Closing Reflection
Retreat sessions will be indoors and also outdoors on a mostly flat and partially shaded area. We will move indoors for the entire day if we experience poor weather conditions.
