Friends of El Tour-Keep Rolling

DESCRIPTION

The El Tour Fund

This fund supports the continuation of El Tour de Tucson, now in its 37th year, and the mission of Perimeter Bicycling Association of America to bring quality fund raising cycling events to the community. Perimeter Bicycling is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that produces El Tour.

It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a caring community to keep an event like El Tour rolling. The event has brought Tucson worldwide attention and attendance showcasing the beautiful scenery, the friendly people and great places to ride. In this program committing to raise $500 or more for El Tour/Perimeter Bicycling will help the event continue.

The Ride

Held annually the Saturday before Thanksgiving, El Tour is a fund raising adventure ride attracting over 9,000 cyclists of all ages and abilities from throughout the United States and worldwide. Participants are novice, intermediate, advanced, and professional cyclists riding 100% human powered bicycles.
