Distance:

Certified 5K course (AL10044JD) on the USA campus; Fun run is approximately 1-mile and starts at 8:45 a.m.

Registration:

Mail in registration (postmarked by March 2); in person at McCoy Outdoor, Run-N-Tri, Fleet Feet in Mobile or Running Wild in Fairhope until noon on Thursday, March 7; online until 4 a.m. on Friday, March 8. Early packet pickup at Thompson Engineering, 2970 Cottage Hill Rd., Friday, March 8 from 11a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Race day registration and packet pick up at the race site from 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Race Shirts:

Participants registered by Monday, February 11 will receive a Funky Monkey 5K moisture-wicking t-shirt. Otherwise, shirts are available while supplies last. Note: youth t-shirts in cotton only.

Post-Race Party:

Featuring Mobile’s Biggest Banana Split provided by Cammie's Old Dutch Ice Cream, plus PB&J sandwiches, hot chocolate, door prizes, awards and more!

5K Awards:

Top three male & female Overall, top male & female Masters, Grandmasters & Senior Grandmasters.

Top three male & female in age groups: 9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, & 75-99.

Charity Challenge:

The charity with the largest number of registrants receives a $1,000 donation from the Thompson Foundation. Must be a 501(c)3 non-profit. Register by Thursday, March 7 to make your Charity Challenge vote count.
