We are on! To keep you safe, we will follow Ontario's Public Health Guidelines with respect to gatherings and will limit the number of participants to 80. There are several other rule changes.

The Glen Tay Block Race is a unique small-town race that was first run in 1907! The race course is a 14.7 km loop that starts and ends at the Perth Museum in downtown Perth. The race, which has been held continuously since its reinstatement in 1967, starts at 6 pm on the last Thursday of August and attracts runners from Kingston to Ottawa. The overall record of 45:14 was set in 2003 by Kingston's Steve Boyd and the women's record of 54:36 was set in 1982 by Helen Cooper of Ottawa. Spend the day visiting Heritage Perth and cap it off with a classic road race!

Please note that runners should aim to finish in 90 minutes or less.
